🚫 Do not book if the following conditions apply to you:

Under 18 years of age or cannot provide a valid Driver's License or ID card.
Pregnant or breastfeeding.
Have skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis in the area to be treated.
Have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or hepatitis.
Undergoing chemotherapy/radiation therapy.
Allergic to pigmentation or makeup.
Taking skin medications such as Accutane/Retin-A.

✅ Once cleared from the conditions above, you may continue to book the service type, date, and time at the bottom of this page.

You will be prompted to enter your contact information, read the policies, and agree to Third Eye Beauty LLC's terms and conditions. A non-refundable $50 deposit will be required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance for the service must be paid in person on the day of your appointment. The pre and after-care instructions with a consent form link will be sent to your email after the final confirmation page.
